The Traditional Guesthouse "rhodamine" (1833) is located in Kalentzi, North Tzoumerka, 30 km south east of the city of Ioannina, on the way to Tzoumerka. It is a restored listed building, which was converted with great care in a hostel (A Class). The nature of the conversion, has a total capacity of 18 beds, which is developed in a group of three (3) atmospheric compartments. The apartments are large, autonomous and independent, all with fireplace, central heating, air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, T.V. (terrestrial and satellite), DVD, free Wi-Fi. Distinguished by different interior decoration and can accommodate 4-6 persons. In the "bottom" is the reception area and public assembly (library, dining room, kitchen).

 

In the surroundings of the house are: four courtyards, stone threshing floor, cistern, grill, playground,, mountain bikes for cycling, garden 1000 m2 with a clump of tall yew, other trees and plants and comfortable place to rest.

 

The hostel protects the environment: production of electricity from renewable sources: photovoltaic systems, solar heating, biological cleaning.

Prices are valid for all time, that provided free or use barbecue, internet. Each apartment includes a kitchen equipped with coffee maker toaster, coffee, tea. With supplied charging: bicycles mountain bikes, Archery use fireplace in winter.

To complete any booking a deposit of 25% of the total overnight stays, which should not be lower than one day.
